Laminated floor protection felt
This laminated protection felt has soft and flame-retardant PVC film on top layer, and thick and protective PET non-woven fabric felt on bottom layer. It is breathable, flexible, flat and resilient.
The top layer of waterproof PVC film prevent water, vapor penetrate through the protective felt, so that the wooden floor stay dry and get away from mould. PVC film is also fireproof. If there occur flame or sparks, this laminated protection felt will not get on fire. PVC film is also a excellent printing media, which logo, image or graphic can be easily printed on it for brand promotion.
The bottom non-woven fabric felt material is needle punched firstly and then upgraded through secondary hot pressing molding. It has great firmness and a good shape of flatness. This fabric is durable, mould-resistant and moth free. It can last as long as 6 months.

Features of Laminated Non-woven Floor Surface Protective Felt
1. Impact resistant
The thickened bottom felt have great impact resistant, compared to some paper protection board. It can perfectly protect the ceramic and wooden tiles from heavy falling objects, such as hammer, drillers and so on.
2. Flame retardant
PVC layers has been added with flame retardant additives. It keep the construction site safe away from fire and flame.
3. Avoid getting wet and mouldy

4. Corrosion resistant
The surface layer of PVC adopts a surface treatment agent with a high degree of lubricity. Its wear resistance is higher than that of ordinary products. At room temperature of 20℃, it shows good resistance to various media such as inorganic acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrochloric acid. That is why this protective felt is suitable for long-term decoration floor surface protection.
